We offer a full refund on regular priced items within 10-days of receiving your order. When returning your item(s), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us, so that we may resolve the issue with your item. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Currently, our suppliers and fulfillment centers are based in China. All orders are sent directly from our suppliers in China using e-packet shipping. This is one of many ways we can provide you with great quality products at reasonable prices.
If you order 2 or more items, your Order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.
We are confident you will not incur customs fees. However, in the event that duties, taxes, or customs fees are required upon receipt of your Order, you will be responsible to pay the balance. Get Collar is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees.
We process your payment using the Stripe Payment Gateway. Stripe is currently used by companies such as Facebook, Kickstarter, Target, and more. They are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
If your country qualifies for Tracked Shipping (see our Shipping & Delivery page), we will email your tracking number within approximately 10 business days of placing your Order. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Please note that the Tracking Number can take a few days to load on to the system. If no information about your Order is displayed, do not be worried. We advise to track the order again in a few days' time.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your Order. If your Order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and enter the correct shipping information.
The utmost care is taken to ensure you receive a quality product. However, if you have received a faulty item, please contact one of our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10-days of receiving your order.

Our collars, harness and leashes are machine washable on a delicate cycle. When washing a collar and bow tie set, we recommend removing the bow tie from the collar and rinsing it with water and mild soap. Bow ties are not machine washable.
All our products are made from 100% cotton. Most of our collars have a metal buckle and a welded stainless steel D-ring and strap adjuster. Some include a strong plastic buckle instead of a metal one. The collar is looped through the steel D-ring and is box stitched back onto itself for extra strength.
Cotton spreading is used inside our collars, harnesses and leashes giving them a nice padded feel. The bow ties we carry are hand sewn and attach to any collar with elastic straps. Our bow ties are traditional double bow ties giving them a high quality appearance and feel.
