Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a full refund on regular priced items within 10-days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a full refund within this time, your item(s) must be returned to us unused, free of damage, and in the original packaging. When returning your item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

On Sale Items
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. 

Defective Items 
The utmost care is taken to ensure you receive a quality product. However, if you have received an item that has a manufacturer defect, please contact one of our customer service representatives at within 10-days of receiving your order. 

Returns & Refunds Procedure

  1. Contact us at requesting to return your item(s). Please provide us the following information in your email:
    • Your name and order number.
    • The item(s) you are returning.
    • For each item your wish to return, please provide the reason for the return.
  2. We will notify you by email of your eligibility for a return and refund or partial refund and provide you with the return mailing address.
  3. Mail your item(s) to the address we provide to you in our e-mail response. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your item meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Refund processing times will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds 
If you have not received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company and bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted since there is some processing time.

If after contacting your bank and credit card company, you have still have not received your refund, please contact one of our customer service representatives at
